I had a challenging experience working with Sohar FMMD. Having been moved across various sites as a replacement and then finally being told i were allocated to a permanent site, only to later be shifted again due to some internal conflicts, must had frustrated, especially after feeling that i had found a stable position where i could grow professionally.
