You will see your teammates from different cultures and different countries and local, main problem is in this co. apart from all good facilities , there is two senior manager Which is right and left hand of GM are very disrespectful , abusive to others managers worker’s employees. They Have much ego, they go to any dept. and use ego languages “ i want this” “do this without fail” if asking anybody name “who are you” “i dont know, you have to do this” they are working like dictator and because younger age they dont respect older employees who is with non technical degree. They give responsibilities to only b.tech Youngers, You can not promote if you are not from vishakhapattnam in india, even after 20 years service, worker union is just a monument they work for locals they take money from co. and employees. So request to expat dont join union because they think there should be only bahraini employees, and they always speak against expat. Everyday in morning during 10 min. Safety toolbox talk management disrespect employees to dominent them. So if you want good money than this co. is ok, otherwise within 15 days you will think that self respect is bigger and better than big salay. Choose wisely. HR dept. is also concerned about this and working for this matter. But time to time i have seen , HR is dominant under production dept.

you can see highest level Ego in expats above supervisor level in language , speaking , mails , and no manners how to talk their subordinates . But Arab people are very good with any manners .
