Working culture very nice managent good sportive all employees. good polices company 100 present job security. Very good salary all employees.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2years before which you can not resign on the job training is not given to new joinees

Continuous grow of business, which creates ongoing challenges, new experiences & self satisfaction of great achievements at the end

Dislikes

The only negative bottleneck is the location of the industrial camp which is far from city center.
