It was nice experience with Bafna Motorcycle Pvt Ltd (Seven Island Harley-Davidson). Work culture there is very motivating. I like the management because it is flat organisation which allow me to discuss about day to day activities without any hurdle. Company policies are good only.

Actually I worked as marketing executive at Bafna motors walun, aurangabad,maharashtra The people who had worked in higher management are very rude behavior HR/Admin, Accountant and the VP always plays politics with ground level employee No proper management found in Bafna Motors.

I would Like to talk about Bafna motors, It's Good Job Experience I had Taken. As about Job Security Non of the place where we secure our job because We are in 21 Decades. If You Are Not Satisfied with Job You Can Change It Anywhere But What you got from there is A One thing That is Experience. N like to tell that I had good experiences from bafna.also bad experience.Company policies are good but they are not taking responsibility after leaving job if you are waiting for PF n All you Fund's.You Should do is as your preference.
