Very ill mannared MD and CEO (brother and sister) they abuse and misbehave to employee on daily bases do not pay salary. threat about salary and attandence. make you work like kolhu ka bail.

...e no SOPs no process. They just try all ways to raise money by hook or by crook. No matter how well you perform when you talk about your salary or appraisal, they start talking about how bad you have been performing. You won't get your security amount or the experience letter. So don't even bother to join this family business.

I'm sorry but I hated every moment of it. It was my first job in this field and I had gone in with innocent vigour and willingness to work as hard as it takes but they just don't care.

The pay is terrible, especially the system of depreciations. It's not logical. They don't care for the service rendered, only the money exploited matters to them. They have worthless weekly meeting at their head office, where the head of the institution is more concerned about spreading her religious views and shoving impractical monthly targets on us than improving their service, listening to the employees' ideas and grievance redressal. Simply put, they charge money to waste a few hours of your time. If you gain anything from their classes, great, it worked for you but I assure you that you are amongst the very few and they really don't care as they already have your money.
