As It is service based company, It deployes employee to client location. There we will get exposure to many opportunities. This is the best thing I liked.

No dislike of working in BAeHAL. only there is issue with salary hikes and some of the team leads issue in the organizations. Which they take things personally do wrong things about the person.

...pathetic contractor company where they hire you on a contract for DRDO projects. And you never get your salary on time . Not even PF is put properly on time a lady called Sasi Rekha from HR administration who says she is working there for past 17 years when called to ask correct the information, very rude behaviour.

You will get ample opportunity to work for a temporary period in a government organization like DRDO, HAL, and ADA.But it is only good for freshers as there is no as such growth in this organization.

Poor management and very low pay scale.

Work culture is good .. and supporting leads and work timings and fixed Saturday and Sunday off's

Opportunities are less. Need to upskill the employees salary is very low compare to current market .. work satisfaction is very less . People work here only for salary

Mental harrassment, when we raise a complaint management ime Ms. Bharathi S CEO of the company, she will take personally and take revenge on the employees, I worked as Hr Executive made me on bench and gave me mental harrasment. I raised complaint against her and CFO. So management decided to end my contract. Now I'm jobless.
