...policy is very bad. Management is tranparent. Very bad canteen and bus facility. Salary hike not done every year.

Good work environment and culture. Teammate are supportive and the management is transport.

This is a lot of politics and management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Teammates are so good, in fact fresher can learn the basic things so fast. But coming to all other points, nothing seems so well at BEL. But I can say, it's a good opportunity to work as a fresher over there

Lack of career growth and salary, appraisal, politics.....

..... On the first first...you will work on contract base.. Then...u will permit... Salary 13k..base level . This experience will not support you outside.....50:50 chances.. They provide food for one time... 8h + 2hrs OT compulsory.. No politics.. Accommodations is difficulty..in that area.. Cab facility is there..

yearly appraisal not on time After appraisal all months correction not given After resignation monthly grading zero(zero allowance Huge salary cutting) ,however total tenure always A rating . How its possible only last month performance zero ,However on other side retention offers. Last year appraisal and salary correction not given after resignation (as late appraisal declared during notice period)
