The company is good as use new technology in welding .i love company and proud that is i m part of this company, i get travel out of state chennai,uttaranchal and Benglore .i also make good training regarding jipm and tpm.

Dislikes

Compensation is good also growth is little but slow. Some times we work up to 16 hr straight in days. Dwm of daily work is very good but customer shedule is variation on daily basis. So seniours also say to complete as daily so some pains.

I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
