I had worked with Badve Engineering Ltd from last 18 years, in this journey ,i observed that there is very good work culture ,atmosphere as well as job security ..i had enjoying working with my colleagues .This is top company in automobiles sector .I was very happy with my job .

...s i have attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night .Compensation is decent ,but growth is very slow.I have to take back my suggestions most of the times.

...ucg experienced candidates frustates here, cause of the middle line of managers. And most importantly, an individual never get a timely salary and increment. Salary is paid averagely after 7 days, so don't ask about increment, because it takes 6 months to a year too. As company plants are easy to find so no issue in travelling and bus facility is also there. Politics is always there but most of the department heads are understanding. Learning is a task where we have to take interest, but I think if you have heavy work load, it'd not be possible. But Work-life balance, innovation is very poor here.

No timely salary and increment takes at least 7 to 8 to thinkwhether it should be given or not.

...rst HR ever! No liable policies! No training given in 3 year of working span! Please ask salary structure befor joining.!!!!!!! Because there are no fair calculations for pf cutting.

...and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact once I was part of a team. Salary package and other lncentive facilities are good. Work atmosphere is good. Company is small as compare to big renowned groups but feels family atmosphere. If I get second opportunity I would be glad to rejoin Badve group.

yearly appraisal not on time After appraisal all months correction not given After resignation monthly grading zero(zero allowance Huge salary cutting) ,however total tenure always A rating . How its possible only last month performance zero ,However on other side retention offers. Last year appraisal and salary correction not given after resignation (as late appraisal declared during notice period)
