I swear they don't deserve to be even humans. They don't care about how you work; what you work. All you have to special (VERY SPECIAL) to one particular senior and boom! increment all year. The company is good ,in food and update your personality time to time

...site engineer ,Site incharge,all engineers , we don't get any leave in the week Monthly salary is not received on time, it gets delayed by 2-3 months.

They're not supporting neither financially nor mentally. Working environment is quite good.

Dislikes

They pay salary after 3-4 months after begging.They make you feel that this is your fault you join here. There is no career growth no learning no appraisal no motivation. If you have knowledge then you may lost all your knowledge here. Even seniors don't have knowledge. Recommend not to join here.
