RiTiMiS training part is very boring and very hectic for everyone. Daily basis training is on zoom is very disappointing as well as you are on holiday or leave, you will be attend the online training. That's the very bad and dissatisfaction way for employees.

Despite of uneven salary structure, salary credits on due date. Flexible timings.

Only a few people are given much importance and top management does not bother to understand where the problem lies. Management blindly relies on what leaders and managers report. Lack of proper planning and strategy in the entire organisation. Believes in showoff business. Considers its employees as parasites.

They don't hire employees mostly. I served with channel partner who did not pay my salaries and bada business denied to intervene

They do not take responsibility for channel partner while channel partners are doing everything on behalf of bada business

You can take lunch break.more.thsn half and hour.if you don't visit office 3 days in week whole week salary is not paid . 5 mins late in punch leads to Absent.for.whole.day..Sundays.are.also working . Not safe place for women Vivek ask female.employee to visit farmhouse for drinks after th he gives promotion after using female's.employees they are asking to put paper' on the grounds of non profmers.

Very poor state of thing. Poor product with very limited adoption . Just selling by making fool of people, Don't join if you intent to spend more than a few years
