This review is for Backbase India LLP. Earlier when I joined Backbase in 2022 it was good and during 2023 the leadership informed us that there won't be any budget cuts on roles but during 2023 they stopped budgets for few roles which impacted many employees and their career. They don't have long term vision on the product and career of their employees. People who want a job for 1 or 2 years can join. This Global Capability Center many not sustainable in a long run I believe

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response.
