HR-Talent Acquisitions people behaves very badly with the candidates and force them lowball their expected compensation by creating irrelevant emergency and sometimes in a humiliating language when the candidates are aware about their market value.

People are good and cooperative.

They are not increasing the salary package as per the experience and work we had in past years. Also, when we file the increment report then they just gave the surety to increase salary but they are not.

Organization has very good colleagues in both behavior and helping. Salary is always on time. Flexible working hours.

0 job security; they can lay you off without any specific reason due to cost-cutting, even if you are working very hard.

Dislikes

Overall it's good organization for person who want to remotely with limited salary. Second think is too much client oriented so if you can't Crack the interview you may be fired .
