No Hr policies, Compensation is terrible, No growth, you can only work here for time pass not for betterment of carries & opportunities, they don't even provide you offer letter/ appointment letter, no increments on time and even no refund of security at the time of resignation. I donated my security of Rs, 27000 to Baby joy.

Trust me. This is most ever worst company. Politics is on high level. There are so much female staff. They do only politics or kalesh. Do not do their work. One lady her name is Gurpreet. She is embryologist in rajouri garden. But she don't know how to talk with their employees. She is racist and used bad word's like tu ek number ki badtameez hai. Or gaaliya bhi deti h. Us akeli aurat n company ka naam khrab kr rkha h. Koi staff ko tikne nhi deti h. Pgal dogs ki trh chilla k baat krti h. Uski to jitni tarif ki jaye utni kaam h

Enlightening I've learned so much and grown in all directions: Productivity, Management and About Fertility & Women's Health Care Industries. Baby Joy cares about it's employees and I've felt supported. Just as important they truly cares about their Patients.
