... period there were retrenchment from the both academic and administrative sides. During the lockdown period they provided monthly salary but for five months from April-20 to Aug-20, 5% was deducted monthly towards covid-19 relief fund.

Much more dominance of the people who are from the influential culture whether they are subordinates or juniors.

The only good thing about working at BBD is good work life balance. Also, there's not much stress and load on its employees.

Dislikes

The thing that I dislike the most about BBD is it's poor remuneration. You are expected to work at low salary without any increment. They give an increment of hardly 5-7% and that too after 4-5 yrs.

I feel proud to be as a part of this institution. It is one of the reputed Educational Institute of Northern India. It provides a platform to enhance our academic as well as research skills.

Dislikes

Nothing. The institute provides a healthy working environment and the staffs are also co-operative.

My experience of working with BBD group of institutions is great. I worked at BBDNITM, it's one of the best college of lucknow and also of BBd group. The students are very smart and intelligent, department is good. A good college to start your career with .

Dislikes

Appraisals are not much provided here but I think now the management is changed and I hope they are working on this scheme as well because if the employees are satisfied obviously they will provide better results.

BBDNITM is a goor educational inst.many students working big company jobs.

Dislikes

one dislike point is office timing 9 am to 5:30 pm. some employe goes to 5 pm.with bus pick & drop facility.what is the problem of college management 15 to 20 min difference bus timing.
