They are highly unprofessional, disgusting, salary issue is always there, mental pressure is on higher level than work pressure. No job security and they expell their staff without any prior information. They are the worst people I have ever seen...

Despite providing them required notice period of one month, I didn't received my salary. Mr Vishal deswal the HR of the institution is good at making the fool out of the faculty members. No respect is given to faculty members working at BFIT, I will never recommend anyone to join the institution.

...t respect the faculty members 2- They will literally eat your hard earned money 3- Although if you provide them notice period still they will not provide you the salary of your last working month

... physics prof there. If anybody full fill ugc conditions then he/she grow there. Salary become good after 3-4 years spend there.

Firstly timing issue. Second it is out of city like 18-20 km. If ur relation good with HOD then u get name n fame if u stand with truth then u not grow there.

Each & every thing is very good .... Specialy work life balance is Excellent .... Teammates are very supportive and management is transparent. Hope for the good career in future within the same campus ....

Admissions are effecting due to the IELTS & Lockdown reseaons so it's quite difficult to survive in this secniro.

The work culture was quite good.All the staff members were very cooperative.I really enjoyed my work from past 6.5 years.

Dislikes

As such nothing, but sometimes there were discrepancies related to work which made my frustrated.
