The most decent thing is the higher management, they are so much supportive that amaze me. 2ndly the SOP is very strong and justified to. If you manage well your store, this company could be Haven for you, otherwise they will teach you how to maintain.

... some times its getting difficult to maintain so many things in a single moment. Salary structure for older employees could be more attractive that they can be at comfortable zone in life standard.

They give salary on time. But they offered you salary to low. HR's very much in operative. They are told that 9.40 hours not enough for the company. Although their policy told that 9 hours working is enough.

They supposed employees are not human they are Robot. HR Head & COO Are very much incopretive.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.

Its feels great work in BAAZAR KOLKATA. All the staff here live in harmony with eatch other. There is lot to learn here.

Dislikes

There are many issues in the "BAAZAR KOLKATA"like salary is not increased new joining and 3 years olds employed are same salary. There is also timing issue,give salary 8 hours and worksf or 11 hours.

We are not satisfaction in company salary. Avry associate salary is sam, 5year experience staf or 1 month staf sam salary.
