A guy named JATIN MALHOTRA who is a senior engineer at the firm doesn't have any domain knowledge and was fired from the previous firm due to incompetency and theft issues. Really a bad, toxic, and unprofessional person overall he is. Anyone joining the firm should refrain from working with him. He takes all the credit for the work without contributing to the project. Few other points 1. Company needs restructuring immediately 2. Lot of incompetent employees 3. Politics is rampant 4. Ego problem 5. Low salaries
