Working culture is not upto the mark, without salary no any another benefits even after complete 2 years of working period not getting leave salary.

The company is fast growing with wide spectrum of business development and will give more employments to both expatriates and locals. The respect & trust you get from management and freedom to work in your style for getting better results.

The 2 year contract is a long period should be at least one year. Also yearly increment and yearly bonus required to boost the employees.

... letter. Direct give air ticket after working hour and before 4hr to go airport. If employee oppose that time said if you will not go , this amount recover from your salary.

...st find out some information and deliver to MD , then you be all a big chamcha . dirty politics , worst salary, no increment, salary will be in rupee not in dollars so refuse it. even you cant take your money as advance in ghana, over all there are lot of issues which will make you feel like a stupid , kis janam ka pap kiya ki B5 me aaya.

Suggesting new joiners not to Jon this worst company as they are completely fraud and work culture is worst, environment is completely worst and full of politics. Nothing to like about a company, I made wrong decision by joining this but finally I am happy by leaving this company.

...oin this company as they are treating you like donkeys you don’t have any power. Salary will also not come on time and you need to wait for your own salary and that also you will get after reminder. The persons were not technically qualified and have no idea what they are doing.
