Company do not having any thing to like. Management main focus is to hold salary of Employees.

Dislikes

They always keep salary of 50 days on hold and will not provide salary of Notice Period. While firing they are giving notice period of 1 hour, Learning is Zero, Company do not having future and will be closed within next two three years. They are also making their clients fool. This is a unethical, not worthy organization, educated office employee treated as daily wage labours by unprofessional way of talking regularly all days

Always hold 50 to 55 days salary and no salary will provide after the day of resignation or no salary in notice period, if you have more requirements of job then better to do job as daily wages worker or ola and uber driver with mental relax but not here in horrible torturing culture.

I feel Very happy yo work over there. Culture is very positive and transparent. Every one is open to new Idea and suggestions. There is lots of Opportunities at BS Enviro. Team at BS Enviro generally enjoy a lot of autonomy and freedom to choose what they want to work on.
