Cost Cutting - this Affect our Retention Ratio. 4. Not Availability of Medical Insurance - of all Employee's Family. 5. Too Much Interfering of Each Other's work. 6. All Policy will be Same for All Employees. 7. Policy Should be Decide by Management and Everybody should Follow and while making it can not be discussed in front of All employees.
