Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. It's a great place to work and the work exposure is actually very good. You will get to learn many new things and salary gets credited on time even during lockdown we are getting salary till 7th of next month without any cut off.

Purely Marathi Brahmin driven Firm. Promoter husband is a cracked and neurocrat person and interferes in all activities. Good legacy but poor present due to leadership issues. Almost all new Partners of non-marathi community left. An atmosphere of mistrust always prevails.
