A) They Give WFH for only few selected employees. B) They say flexible working hours but the thing is we have to work even after the working hours. C) Saturday and Sunday most of the time they will call to for somework. D) Only thing I liked is the owners and their perception to bring In change. But they are not know to the ground realities. Everything is hidden.

Dislikes

A) Your reporting manager is not ready to bring change and like to work in old school method. B) They we ask your reviews to few internal old employees and based on that they will judge you. C) No work life balance. D) Totally mismanaged process and not ready to adapt change. E) You can be given any work irrespective of your position and background. F) The politics is very wort and one cannot live in such environment. G) The highest in employees leaving or being removed from the company. H) They don't know how to hire or select an employee and later they fire an employee based on there in appropriateness to Handel situation. Many more to talk.....

The company is great, but it all boils down to your team and manager so, unfortunately I had a bad manager.

Dislikes

No dislikes apart from my manager, the sole reason to leave my job. The company is decent overall
