Overall experience with the company is good .. Salary on time, increment on time and employee friendly company.

Dislikes

Assessment of Appraisal is done but promotion is given to selected member then what use of Appraisal. Company should engage in other governmental works like NHAI, Metro, Ports, Energy etc.

Likes

Staff gets salary on time. Weekly workers also get their payment on time. Overall, every kind of payment is made on time. Company owner always supports staff and labor.

Dislikes

Asking repeatedly for promotion. Giving promotion without looking at service timing. Increasing the Basic Salary Less.

Company is very good about the skill development and job security but juniors payment is very less they can't survive properly.

Dislikes

Only experience persons get promotion and high salary juniors are only for concreting and curing they have not satisfied with salary. after 4 year job experience they only get 20000 rs salary .when u join through reference then you get lot of salary also you get confirmation letter in 3 month .

As salary is very less, it's received in time regularly.

Dislikes

1) You have to be someone's someone for promotion and appraisals. 2) You have to defend the company in society as the houses have leakage issues. 3) The higher management is very old and still continuing leaving no opportunity for the young staff. 4) The company has photographers and whisperers instead of sincere working men. 5) The management is not proactive in solving the glitch resulting into leakages.

Work timings, salary and holidays and disciplinary system are good.

Dislikes

Management is not good especially site engineers being treated like labours. Arrangements of vehicles and materials is too tough and late for achieving the progress. And no supervisors are there in the company only engineers must play the both roles and it becomes to heavy work load. Engineer can see and execute the each corner of the building and estimate the quantities and make the contractor bills and client related works too. But required supervisor to arrange the vehicles for labours and materials shifting and to supervise curing and cleaning here everything engineer need to balance and billing section is worst they behave like company MD. They don’t even respect site engineers.
