There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

Company was strictly following the system and on that basis whole division works. All the staff was of helping nature. Working pattern was very nice as such they had system of doing the work.

Dislikes

With respect to compensation growth was very slow.

Overall experience with the company is good .. Salary on time, increment on time and employee friendly company.

Dislikes

Assessment of Appraisal is done but promotion is given to selected member then what use of Appraisal. Company should engage in other governmental works like NHAI, Metro, Ports, Energy etc.

Likes

Staff gets salary on time. Weekly workers also get their payment on time. Overall, every kind of payment is made on time. Company owner always supports staff and labor.

Dislikes

Asking repeatedly for promotion. Giving promotion without looking at service timing. Increasing the Basic Salary Less.
