Nothing good about the company to be honest. Salary not on time. No work life balance.

Dislikes

Nothing, they will use you physically and mentally. Once you are done again will be hiring new person suck his blood completely and the process goes on. They will only promote to people they favour and hang around with them.

This is not a company they are frauds no work culture, no respect for employees, no work life balance they need only what they want otherwise you will be fired without any intimation, and once you got fired you will never get you dues and they will pretend you as a unknown. So my opinion is never join this company.

Dislikes

There is lot of politics and management is not capable to resolve your issues. Salary and career growth is decent but no job security. They can fire you without and reason and will not pay your dues. But if you want to be a slaver then it's ok

Work-life balance is good, the team and managers are very helpful,

Job security is not there, appraisal is not given even if the productivity is high. Experience certificate is not given even after completion of the notice period.

Skills of fake commitments. Showing dreams to employees which will never come true on paper.

Dislikes

Worst company you will ever see in your life. Fake commitments about appraisal & incentive. Using abuse language to there employees. They will treat you as they want like you are nothing. Total unorganised company. They don't have any humanity in there culture.
