Only recd March month salary, I have been informed that salaries will not be paid for upcoming three months and there after they have plan to reduce staffs after lockdown relaxed.

Dislikes

This company has started recently one year back, worst company in my Carrier. I would not suggest for any new candidates as first of all there is no benefits like PF, medical, bonus however we will have travel allowance if for business purpose. No job security where they will take instant decisions based on others complains, no proper assessment or not capable of self decision. In terms of politics I propose this as the worst company ever, though a little member of staffs filled with worst employees rather have never seen as such in giant/multi national companies. No work-life balance however we work 24/7 can never satisfy. Overall this company will not identify the right candidate & talents in them as they will depend on whatever said by wicked people who work for themselves rather than company.
