a system engineer

Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. I was confident that it was a mutually beneficial situation. My advice would be to choose your job wisely, create value in the right place, and don't be afraid to negotiate.

Management is not good. HR, Finance and CGM always lies to there staff. They always cut employes money at the time F&F and put in there pocket. HR is not elegible to be a HR manager he suppoesed to be a jenitor.
