salary deposit on time every month. not big issue for some part rejection.

extra wark pressure, as like continew 12hr deuty(daily complssury 4hrs ot) , two machine running and both machine full target, timely increments not given,here notice period is 3month but joining time hr dose not tell.

If any employe taken extra leave (after using complete cl) hr department punished as lossup amount in employe salary And hr department doesn't slove employe problems Nd they are not calculating salary properly Every employe lossing salary amount

Management takes care of all level employees as their Family members. Eg: A normal worker whose salary is 15,000/- met with an accident outside the Organisation and to be operated immediately. Treatment costs 10 Lakhs. When this was informed MD, he immediately rushed to Hospital and said to Hospital people, he will be paying all the expenses and asked them to give the best treatment...!!! Even paid him Full salary till his recovery. I have never seen such an MD who cares for Workers. In terms of work, you will learn a lot here.... Thank you,
