To list a few things there is no growth in your career and finances. No perks no securities not even a good workplace envoirment.very bad management. Atmosphere is full of internal politics . You are not allowed to have your own opinion about anything u become mere puppets and once u start having your stand you will not be needed anymore. No basic facilities available like transport, accommodation, canteen not even clean drinking water. No security no safety of your belongings. No extracurricular activities. Once hired you will be asked to work for other profiles too even if your r inexperienced. Illmannered chairperson and director.no consideration for female employees.
