Salary not fixed even do great work with help of nature..... patient's also sometimes step back of natural sciences but I manage many of them....

this is very good scheme , it has benefited the poor and general public a lot

the job is not safe in this because the company change one to two year due to which the salary also very less and working time is also very much 9 hour timing and holidays also have to come in handy

It's good experience as a Doctor working at govt hospital. My job is not a govt job it is only a approachable Job and doing work only on mutual understanding. Work culture is ok. Duty hours are ok. Learning is good. More aware about program implementation and process of various running scheme and programs time to time in govt Health sector.

Dislikes

Job security is zero in my case as not a govt job. Behavior of some patients like demand of unusual medicine which is not in the stock hemper the work. Time management of govt staff is on average ratio. Collective and collaborative effort in work is missing in govt sector.
