...ause he himself doesnt know what he wants and then you get blamed for the delay. Doesnt allow you to use leaves other than loss of pay and no leave encashment for unused personal leaves. Staff are treated as good for nothing fellas, and only those who are ok to slog for pittance and say yes to everything he says will survive here. HR is totally worthless and are only executors of his orders. You will be made to feel that you know nothing and start to doubt yourself. Wouldnt recommend any one with self respect to join this company. Started in 2005 but not progressed in any way from a startup culture. Made my biggest career mistake joining here.

...aid on time. Sometimes paid in instalments. No growth and work pressure is high. Need to work 14 hours with loss of pay for taking any offs during probabtion. Attend to calls at evening and late into nights. CEO micro manages everything and your managers do not have a say. There is no no job training and your are expected to know everything. No appreciation mails or even words. Over all not a good environment for career growth.

Ayurvaid hospital as such is the best place for Ayurveda, because of 2-3 good doctors

CEO of Ayurvaid (RAJIV VASUDEVAN) the worst kind of person I have met. Doesn't know how to behave and lost all manners
