Worst company ever i have seen... fraud company they fire people on every salary cycle and hire new to fire again. Ceo enjoy this game a lot playing with employees future. From last two three months employees didn't received salary and also forced to come office in lockdown even work can be done from home as its software development project. All false commitment so please please dont ruin your career here and all glassdoor reviews are fake.

...reviews. All 5 & 4 star reviews are fake and given from company mgmt. it self. Company haven't credited salary for 2.5 months for their employees and forced them to work from office during lockdown situation even work can be done from home also. Company fired their all 30+ employees last months cause they are asking for their pending salary. Company haven't credited employees PF from Dec 2020 and also haven't cleared FNF from a year. Company fired employees on every payment cycle and hire new to fire them in few months without salary. Its happening from long time and believe me its not me only, every employee has been suffered here. Company have ruined their career. Please please don't join and don't believe on mgmt.

They fire people every salary cycle and hire new ones to fire them again. They will micro manage your breaks like you can take 10 min break between 10-10:30 and lunch break for 25 min between 1:30-2 and then another break at 5-5:30. You cannot use one break time later or you cannot go a minute prior to the time. They block cards for this like it's a game. They change salary cycle whenever they want to without any notice and will inform after a week of not giving salary. They deduct money however they want. The management is super dumb. Please don't join here.

...nment all the time. Top management plays very dirty politics with the employees. Salary never on time.

...or a single day even in lockdown. If u asked for wfh u will be forced to resign. If u asked for salary u will be forced to resign or they will terminate you. No flexible timing. HR policies are changed whenever they want. None of the hr policy is in favour of employees. Didn't do FNF and experience letter is also not given to employees.
