Axxela is a great company full of opportunities. Everyone is so ambitious and Seniors are very co-operative. What I liked most about the company was the Positive Work Environment. They keep motivating you even in your tough phase and keep pushing you and that gives a lot of self belief and confidence. The working hours and work-life balance can be a bit problematic for those whom it matters, but it's equally rewarding too. They strategically keep your trading desk along with the ones in this field for 8-15 years and you can freely interact with them, matters a lot. Anyone serious for Trading must try for this company.

Dislikes

Nothing as such. One negative, this is not about the company, but about the industry is that Job Security is less and outside seeing it may be seen as a self-interest move from the company, but trust me it's more beneficial for the employee as well.
