Salary Structure is very Poor. Decrease CTC (30-40)% in average of all Employees. In this COVID Pandemic company does not provide support to Employees. Even Average employee gets (20-25)% of their salary as advance. No Job security, Management can terminate you any time. Also lots of other things I dislike about this Company.

...acting like Man Power Supplying Vendor. I served the company more than 17 years. I got last Salary hike in 2014. Also got 35% salary deduction in 2017. After that salary goes irregular, stops permitted daily allowances, stops paying medical & other reimbursements, deducting Salary for leave (even I have more than 80 leaves in my account). Due to such environment when I decided to QUIT in 2020, I lost my 17 years Gratuity, all the accumulated leaves & huge amount of past dues. Not only me, Asxys has done this to each and every Employees.

Everything's are not Acceptable 1. Very very bad and dishonest Management/HR. Actually there is no management, One HR is running the company by discussing with Chairman. 2. There are no Regularization of salary. 3. Never gives the Allowance in proper time. 4. No future planning for Company Growth. 5. No program for Skill developing. 6. No appreciation for work. 7. Never gives the Dues, even after leaving the Company. Many employees still fight for their 'Gratuity' like me. 8.There are lots of things to mention. 9. Lastly also in Covid Situation, company never helped their employee.
