During the hard times, they terminated around 150-200 employees without any compensation and also they payed us deducted salary from when the pandemic has started and they even changed their company policies while the lockdown. We never thought that the company will react unethical while pandemic.

Training provided is minimal Salary and appraisal structure is very poor Too much dependence on Heavy Engineering clients. No scope to work on New technologies

Poor management, regional favourism and very long work hours without overtime pay. If you're a fresher they expect you to work atleast 12 hours, told by one of the managers. They exploit freshers because not a lot of jobs are available.

...SME in the function and not by people with half cooked knowledge and experience. The management should pay attention to this issue. This can be achieved thru interviews by cross function leadership and adequate reference checks before making offers to such candidates!
