Extremely poor in salary terms. They keep every May/June & December Salary with themselves and timely salary never comes. Delay of 3-4 days fine but many times it goes 20-30 days delay. Job security is there if you are well versed and friend of Top Position persons, growth is neglibgle.

infrastructure is good but management is not. axis college has a world record of firing people,60+ people fired, reason is one toxic girl, all students everyone knows whats happening in the college. everything is so open, visible to everyone . she is geeting more power and more facilites and she is becoming more arogant and does back bitching about all seniors be it hods or even director sir
