Plant head interfering in every department Company gives 5 day working but management doing 6 days without overtime and it’s compulsory to work 2 hours after shift end in first shift

Only the name as it is global MNC.

Dislikes

The senior management at US is low on ethics and did not care employees. Every year they launch job elimination projects and remove employees like chicken heads. They are so rude that they remove employee from office within 2 hrs. The management has been attempting to sell company since 2017. Intially they tried with Akzo then in 2020 with PPG and now again on same path.

Slow career growth. You have to show your performance it will not be noticed. Unwanted Additional tasks with always on priority. Repeated training programs no training programs for new skills.
