... the greatest company to work with in India/Gurgaon in terms of work culture. Some people in AXA XL Gurgaon find problem and complain about politics, low pay etc etc but they are the people who have never worked in another BPO/BPS company so they don't actually have anything to compare with. I used to smile inside when see them complaining (because door ke dhol suhavne lgte hain)... The reason I left is because of an unsolicited job opportunity gaven by one of my previous manager. The role was very interesting so I took the big decision. Else AXA XL is a company I can happily retire with.

Good work culture, there are opportunities within the organisation itself. In terms of compensation they provide reasons hikes and over the expectations in terms of bonus and other benefits. Work Life balance exist here.

I didn’t find anything to dislike about the organisation , if given an option I would like to join back the firm if ever get an opportunity.

Toxic collegeus in axa XL cat modelling. Work life balance is very bad. Can't able to be happy anytime. Not even talk the working colleagues.
