1. Great learning opportunity since they are involved with international OEMs and big clients in India 2. Work-Life balance is decent. It will improve drastically if they keep all Saturdays off. 3. I see a small team, I got to know that they were in some other business but have pivoted. The good thing is that the small team is diverse and keeps communication channels open.

Dislikes

1. Can definitely provide higher salary and incentives 2. Good and updated office but can introduce facilities like water tank, chilling area, etc.

Likes

...ulture is also not good. Miser in terms of providing benefits to even employees. Salary issues every month. One need to beg for the salary every month and for expense done regarding the company too.

Dislikes

...cklisted in every company they work with. Salaries are paid after 25 follow ups. Once someone work is over they don't like to pay even the salary. In the name of facilities just travel expense but that too after 3-4 months. Not even water and tea is served to the employees. Main problem they don't want to learn the way of handling projects along with manpower.

- Opportunity to develop technical knowledge and soft skills in the relevant field. - Good exposure to some of the local and well know international OEM's.

Dislikes

- too pushy and high sales expectations. - should improve on the basic facility (Refreshments) :)
