I am Excited about this job because it allows me to be part of a company culture that values teamwork, collaboration and open communication. The skilled and hardworking team who work passionately and the leaders who work as a team and not as bosses! The work culture is imbibed in each employee at each level.

Dislikes

If there is work on our desk we don't wish to leave for home. Not that we are being told. But the sense of responsibility and accountability makes us do so.

Open culture. Too many avenues to explore with this company. The management is getting very strict with rules as the company is growing. Policies are in place which makes it clear.

Dislikes

The staff is very competitive which sometimes lead to internal politics. Technology systems are in place but training of people is slow.

There is no lot of pressure of work, staf was very helpful, this was my first company, I learnt here lot of things

Dislikes

Delay promotions, in my point of view I worked here for 1 year, there is no increment in my sallery, my travelling expenses were over than sallery

People, teams, bosses are all good. They are focused on process improvements and excellence, and for this they push everyone to learn and perform effectively.

Dislikes

The increment cycle is August to August which is smart but not in sync with the industry.
