While working at Awiros is fantastic one thing can be challenging with all the fun perks- pool table, play station, board games- it can be tempting to get too caught up in the fun. Balancing work and play can sometimes be a challenge when there are so many enjoyable distractions around.

- employees get to experiment with new ideas and approaches without any micromanagement - people wear multiple hats and take on diverse responsibilities, hence, expect a steep learning curve - learn to deal with challenging work situations with the guidance of seniors and management - open communication across all levels, including the approachable management, because of the flat org structure - ample number of opportunities to take ownership of tasks and take them to the finish line - great office facilities with complementary meals and snacks - The most talked about industry - Video AI, and the product itself!
