In awalgulf the employees both Bahraini and expatriate workers are very friendly and cooperative... it's like working in a home town. This company has all the opportunities to develop our self and it should be self development based on our interest...

Here the salary policy is very poor, even though this is one of the big company in the island this is like a one-man company. Our subordinates may get higher salary than us. No training will be provided for expatriate all trainings are only for the local.. but they will not do any work which will increase pressure on us. I advice not to take job here as they have laid off employees whenever there is a problem in the market/business this has happened several times during my tenure and mostly newly employed will be targeted. Appraisal will happen once in four years if you ask for appraisal then will ask you to resign. No bonus and incentive will be paid. All fake promises will be made during interview.

Learning and knowledge increasing working is very good gm Mr. Vinod sir is very good learning new new problem solution.

There manegment level is not not irresponsible people no job security directly they removing me with out salery without any settlement when I came India for vacation now nobody receiving my call and not give me my pending mony service department supervisor is not good and senior technician show our behavior like owner of company they giving wrong report to supervisor. Supervisor also same.

Service department there supervisors is not good behaviour other technicians because there is only cost and community supported he is don’t know about the work no issues but he need to only community people I left here,

poor career growth, no value for technical people, no proper managerial persons, earlier perks are good now zero. Work culture got terrible now due to some professors. God must save this company.

My company is good company. I miss my company. This is overall 2 years work in this company . Management good, company policy is good.If I get another chance, I will work in that company.
