Company gives me good appochunity to learn and practical the new tools and Technologies in HVAC and normal in Air conditioning and refrigeration system etc.

The pay leval as manthly is not afficent for the general warkars 🙁

The boss is very good and respectful towards women I would say they are very clear from the person what they want

Yes definitely during the salary hike you have to go and approach rest everything is fine

This is the most toxic workplace possible. 10 months that I've spent here were horrible as a nightmare. Everyday I was scared to lose my job and worked under immense pressure of management.

HR department is pretty sick and Management have chronic illness. I would recommend not get in their trap.

Everything. There's no professionalism in them. They hire people to fire. They don't have any vision for business. Cheap people making worst environment. They treat employees as labours. They keep mobile phones after entering the office and return it while leaving for the day. The HR is horrible and rediculous who keeps watch on employees through CCTV. No one is permitted to speak even drink water. They only grant 3 holidays, 26th Jan, 15th August and 2nd Oct. They promised me to allow me to take leave to go home (home town) but didn't allow saying I can leave at the cost of my job. The top most people are more corrupted and have no work ethics. This type of company should not exist.
