Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 3 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

... of training period, there is no certainty of job for trainees (either DME or B.E) and during the training period there will be poor salary hike.

Sometimes, the workload is very high and tasks become repetitive with time. There is no work-life balance. You might feel lost in the crowd, and it is hard to feel the impact of your contribution to such a huge company.

Running the company at low business situation also and giving the needs to staff and workers salary etc at this condition is great

Company roles and responsibility work not assigned. Non responsibility work that is unassignable work leads to inefficiency of workmanship and quality of work
