1. No HR policies- any time policy can be change 2. When people resign, every thing you lose, Bonus/ leave balance amount every thing they will cut whole amount whether it is your part of CTC. 3. No support from HR side. 4. Rough work culture 5. Huge deduction between CTC to Cash in Hand. Note: Company will deduct amount for everything but they will not return when you are resigning.

Running the company at low business situation also and giving the needs to staff and workers salary etc at this condition is great

Company roles and responsibility work not assigned. Non responsibility work that is unassignable work leads to inefficiency of workmanship and quality of work

The company provides buses as well as mess facility. A person can learn about assembly, cnc machines, and overall production department here.

...growth. If you are looking to make a career then don't apply in this company. Salary is very less than the competitors.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 3 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
