There is not a of politics and the management doesn't adress our issues.salary is decent but career growth is well.There is a no bond when you want resin that time you will be resigned to your job..On the training is give given to new joiners

They are only concentrated on production and there's lots of things to study but he's not allowed to get something about that and even not providing week off u should work all the days

... of training period, there is no certainty of job for trainees (either DME or B.E) and during the training period there will be poor salary hike.

It's a good company very advanced machine but some small issue (properly not maintain the preventive maintenance then less salary for company staff, less benefits,food is poor, not respect company temprorry employees from management etc

Running the company at low business situation also and giving the needs to staff and workers salary etc at this condition is great

Company roles and responsibility work not assigned. Non responsibility work that is unassignable work leads to inefficiency of workmanship and quality of work
