The timing of the office is excellent, work-live balance is on-point.

Dislikes

The job security is totally bad, they don't even inform beforehand, the work environment is bad, the senior openly abuses without listening to the opposite side, their business is down the drain now and their pipeline is the worst.

Dislikes

The Reporting Manager would often verbally abuse for his own fault. Say things like "If a conversation happened only on call it never happened" and wouldn't let me record it. Being a finance guy, he was the reporting manager for the legal department. He would delete mails from accounts of the people I sent mails to using the IT department. His fault is your fault always. No exit formalities or interviews. Late salaries. No cooperation from other departments for fast-tracking the work. HR having no powers. Lack of basic amenities like MS Office subscription. No clear pipeline. You barely get to know anyone personally. They don't even have a permanent address in India. Very toxic environment.
