Neither the staff in the company is good nor the salary is good nor the benefits are good. Everyone keeps fighting with each other. They keep quarreling and there is no good response from anywhere in the entire company.Whenever they feel like it, they fire anyone from the company. There is no reason, no notice period, nothing like this, you are not going to come to duty from tomorrow brother, they fire you from the company by telling your family like this.

The environment of the company is very bad. The condition of the machines is very bad. The paint is not good. These are very old machines. They are getting worn out. They do not like any retirement work. No policy is good. No cleanliness is good. Nothing is good. They are just running everything by applying oil like this.Neither does anyone respect his post, nor does anyone respect his senior, nor does anyone respect his junior, they say whatever comes to their mind.Every team is so rubbish, the company is so rubbish. None of your work can be done on time.My salary for 2 months is pending. I did not get it till today. It will be 3 months before I leave the company.

Avon Tubetech is very worst cultured Company, the management holds salary of employees and does not make full and final payment when the employee left. behave rudely, many cases are pending since many years. Those are joining here whose luck is bad. There is no chances to encourage people to join here. Govt must look into such default company.

...environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and management is transparent. Appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. On the job training is not given to new joinees

Mr. Pawan kumar kisi ka saga ni ho skta , apno ko hi kat deta hai , us insan pr bharosa karke Mahajan sahab ki sabse badi galti ki thi , 5star k sapne dikha kr dhaba bna dala usne , usko private sector me ni politics me hona chahiye , vo banda hamesha company k against chala usme chahe company ka kitna bhi nuksan ku na ho ,

Hr management very bad, owner ka behaviour very bad,no decision clearly,chauck se lebuer ka pura karna,koi hadsa hone per responsibility security officer and security ki Bahut kafi kamiya hai Hum army se hai jinko hum accept nahi kar sakte Thanks
