Waste of time, energy and no motivation to work as they'll all Illtreat you.I say some honest words and this app is restricting it.Freshers and experienced, please don't choose this company.Senior HR, IT manager,Junior system admin,etc plz don't treat your coworkers poorly and don't show hierarchical politics.

Work Life Balance, u have to sacrifice personal timings, will ask to stay office whenever needed, and can't expect rewards for the hard works done, because its Ur work thats the policy

The Global Culture is pretty different than what's followed in India. It's pathetic here. The HO culture is great , at regional level it's more of biased, and old employees have more authority, and can rule without any hardwork

Avon as an organization is amazing. However, the hr policies need to be strictly adhered. There is a huge gap in India management and Global policies. Love the culture. It's the people who have destroyed the glorious foundation of this otherwise esteemed organization.

Nothing to talk about this. Work atmosphere is too bad. Partiality to treat one team to another team and teammates to another teammates. Not work improvement and development. Same process to push join to relieve not giving another process to develop knowledge and that's also gave partiality wise process improvement
